Purchased same speakers as originally in boat. Original speaker worked great could not see trying another. Replaced due to original speaker getting soaked and shorting out. It was not a product issue.

I purchased these speakers to use in a custom all weather enclosure. Powered by a Sony Receiver these speakers look and sound great. Highs are crisp and clear, midrange is solid, and low tones carry very well for 6.5" drivers. For Solid Stereo Sound in an outdoor environment I believe it would be difficult to beat these speakers for the price. JBL continues to impress and I have received the compliments to prove it.
